Dynamic Counseling offers three types of sessions.Currently all of our sessions
are being done via secure video conferencing. All clients need is a stable internet connections and a camera.
First, we offer a complementary introductry session that allows clients to get the opportunity to meet me and determine if we can work together.
Second, we would be offering individual sessions. My theoretical orientation is a humanistic approach flexible to each individual client’s needs. I practice talk-psychotherapy with an integrative approach as I strive to integrate sound principles in your treatment and give consideration to you as a whole person by focusing on your psychological, emotional, cognitive, physical, medical and spiritual dimensions.
I follow an integrative approach to therapy. In my opinion, counseling is most effective when it is a collaborative effort between client and therapist. As appropriate, I incorporate homework, bibliotherapy, and psychoeducation into counseling session.
The third type of service would be offering Couple's Sessions. I typically draw from several modalities, including cognitive behavior therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, existential theory, and cognitive, narrative, and systems therapy.
Both Individual & Couples sessions are available in 50 minute ($100) and 75 minute ($150) blocks.
